AJ Design Group was contracted to handle the Design and Construct (D&C) aspect of the project, including the hydraulic services scope of works.

Complete hydraulic services design across all 6 buildings, coordinating water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems for the multi-building residential complex.
Shop Drawings & As-Builts
Detailed shop drawings for construction coordination and comprehensive as-built documentation for all hydraulic installations across the development.
Engineering Design
Engineering design services ensuring all hydraulic systems met Australian building code requirements and delivered efficient, sustainable solutions for residents.
