AJ Design Group was contracted to handle the Design and Construct (D&C) aspect of the project including Hydraulic Services shop drawings and BIM coordination.
Our Role
Hydraulic Services
Full hydraulic services design for the commercial development, covering water supply, sanitary drainage, and stormwater management systems.
BIM Coordination
Comprehensive BIM coordination using Revit to integrate hydraulic services with all other building disciplines, identifying and resolving clashes early in the construction process.
Shop Drawings & Engineering Design
Detailed shop drawings and engineering design documentation ensuring accurate construction and compliance with Australian building standards.
